16 Week Lifestyle Re-boot

I do things differently.I don't talk about calories, workouts, or how to be motivated. I won't be giving you a food plan, or a workout plan.I don't have any 'tips' or 'tricks' that will change your life in two weeks.My job is simply to guide you to a place where you realise that your health, fitness and wellbeing are your number one priorities and that your physical and mental health, and by extension you, are WORTH looking after.I've been in the health industry for over a decade, and time and time again I see the same thing.People get a food plan, and they don't follow it.I give someone an exercise plan, and they stop after a few weeks.The excuses are always the same.They don't have the time, they can't motivate themselves and 'life' is getting in the way.And I get it. Change is hard. It's Good To Talk - Starting 2024.Join us twice a month to connect with other like-minded men in a safe, supportive and confidential environment.

Let's cut right to it. These days, men are in trouble.Did you know...- 76% of all the suicides in the UK are men.
- Suicide is the No.1 cause of death in men under 35
- Men are nearly three times more likely than women to become alcohol dependent
- Men report significantly lower life satisfaction than women in the Government’s national well-being survey, with those aged 45 to 59 reporting the lowest levels of life satisfaction (that's also the age where there is the highest rate of male suicide occurs).
And one thing that has become clear in recent years?Men do not engage with services as frequently as they should, and have measurably lower access to the social support of friends, relatives and community.Which is why I'm delighted to be setting up this men's group to help men connect with others, share their stories, build their social network and make new friends.The group is open to anyone over the age of 18 and I encourage men from all walks of life to attend.As westerners, we have slowly lost our sense of tribal togetherness, and with it, our sense of what it is to truly experience togetherness as men.It's time to start reversing that trend.
